Every mezuzah case and Judaica piece from Fine Art by F is handcrafted to order with care and attention to detail. If your piece isn't right for you, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a refund.

How to return an item

• Email us at fineartbyf@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, and we'll send you the return address.
• Send the item back unused, in its original condition and packaging.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer.
• Once we receive the item, we refund its price to your original payment method. The original shipping charge is not refunded.

We kindly ask that you review product descriptions, dimensions, and photos carefully before making your purchase. If you have any questions, please contact us prior to ordering — we're happy to help ensure your selection is perfect.

Damaged or defective items

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We'll assess the situation and work with you to find a fair and reasonable solution, which may include a replacement or repair depending on the circumstances.
